To resize, set new design dimentions:

1. In the editor, from top menu click on Resize.
2. In the popup, select a resize type. Custom or aspect ratio resize.
3. Ender new dimentions in pixels and click resize.

Custom resize - enter both design height and width.

Aspect ratio resize - enter one dimention, height or width.
